Dr. He has been appointed as a member of the Transportation Research Board (TRB)’s Standing Committee on Transportation Network Analysis (AEP13), serving from August 2025 to April 2028.

The committee AEP13 under TRB focuses on advancing research and practice in understanding, modeling, and optimizing transportation networks. This summer, Dr. He will lead a team of paper review coordinators to handle the papers submitted to TRB Annual Meeting. In upcoming years, Dr. He will contribute his expertise in integrating network modeling with advanced optimization and machine learning models to develop resilient and human-centered mobility solutions.
